Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS,  e-packet, DPD or Omniva, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Certain products make take up to 4 days to process before dispatching. 

 

How can i track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking number to your e-mail. You can track your package in our website. Most orders delivered in the European countries will be delivered within 6 to 9 business days from item dispatch. However, depending on your location some items could take 4 to 15 days to deliver. During peak season, it may require a few extra days for shipping and processing.

Do I have to pay taxes?

No custom fees in Europe!

The rest of the countries, customer is responsible for paying custom fees.

If my package doesn´t arrive?

 If your package will get lost during transportation we will send the new package immediately or refund you!

We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order much sooner.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and during a high volume period or on rare occasions, delivery may take longer. 

We will give you a full refund if your order has been delayed at least 14 working days.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Please note that if you order multiple items in a single order, items may ship from multiple locations depending on stock availability. We do this to ensure you receive your full order as fast as possible.

 

*Please note - If items are overhanded to your local carrier in your country and/ or delivered to the post office for customer collection then it is considered as delivered by Mariebebe and completed. It is the customers responsibility to pick it up in a timely manner.

 
Yep! Returns happen. It is okay! We want you to love your purchase!! If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please glance over the instructions for returns (no exchanges)
1. Please send an e-mail to marie@mariebebe.com and tell us the reason.
2. Items can be returned to our warehouse in Estonia, within 20 days after you have received the package.
3. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for returns.
4. Returning costs will be covered by us!
5. We check our products very carefully before we ship them out, but if you receive a defective item, please email us with pictures of the product within 20 days after purchase. After 20 days, we wont be able to help you. Please check products carefully once it arrived. 
6. We do not refund if your order did not arrive in time for a particular event as we cannot control events with the postal services. Shipping times displayed are averages of past delivery times, unfortunately, events can take place which is out of control that may delay this. Please contact us if you have any questions.
