No custom fees in European countries!

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS,  e-packet, DPD or Omniva, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Certain products make take up to 5 days to process before dispatching. 

Orders to European countries will be delivered within 6 to 10 business days from item dispatch. However, depending on your location some items could take 4 to 12 days to deliver. During peak season, it may require a few extra days for shipping and processing.

How shipping & delivery works?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Most orders will be shipped in72 h. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking details, so you can keep a close eye until it reaches its destination.

It can take 2-4 days for the tracking status to sync and show upon our tracking system. So if it shows as pending don’t worry, your items are on their way and we advise you to check back in couple of days.  

How do I return an item?

All orders can be returned to our warehouse in Estonia within 20 days of your order being delivered. Please let us know via email marie@mariebebe.com or official social media accounts. 

What happens if my package will get lost during transportation?

If your package will be lost during transportation we will arrange reshipment or give you a full refund!

 If my package will be delayed for the particular event?

We do not refund if your order did not arrive in time, because we cannot control events with the postal services. However if your order will be delayed at least 14 working days we will give you a full refund.

Custom and taxes

NO CUSTOM FEES IN EUROPE!

 REST OF THE WORLD- Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by your country's local customs office. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. Refunds will not be given on packages that are refused or delayed due to unpaid taxes or duties.

What payment types are accepted?

 We accept debit or credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay through our trusted and encrypted payment processor - Stripe® Payments. 

I have received only one item from my order, where is the rest?

 When ordering more than one item these may be fulfilled from different warehouses and sent out in separate packages to accelerate shipping times. Each shipment is given a unique tracking numbers and you will be notified via our automated tracking system. If you receive part of your order first don't worry as the rest will be on it's way!

You can find all care instructions on the inner care tag of your item, however standard care options for our items are as follows:

• Hand /machine wash using cold to warm water (40°C maximum is suggested)
• Select gentle cycle
• Do not tumble dry
• Avoid mixing with other colours
• Do not iron, if necessary only low temperature

If you really want to best preserve the size and softness, we recommend hand washing in cold water.
