Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking number to your e-mail. You can track your package in our website.

 

Do I have to pay taxes?

No custom fees in Europe!

The rest of the countries, customer is responsible for paying custom fees.

If my package doesn´t arrive?

If you haven´t received your package in 60 days, please contact us immediately marie@mariebebe.com. 

 

 

Once we ship your package out, we are no longer responsible for your package. It is under the care of the post office and is out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for misdelivered, stolen packages. This is why we provide you the tracking numbers. Please contact your local post office if you don't receive your package even though it shows as delivered (look up by using your zip code) The post office may have made a mistake while delivering the package. 

 

We do our best to ship as soon as possible and often you will receive your order much sooner.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times and during a high volume period or on rare occasions, delivery may take longer. 

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

 

 
Yep! Returns happen. It is okay! We want you to love your purchase!! If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please glance over the instructions for returns (no exchanges)
1. Please send an e-mail to marie@mariebebe.com and tell us the reason.
2. Items can be returned within 10 days after you have received the package.
3. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for returns.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
5. We check our products very carefully before we ship them out, but if you receive a defective item, please email us with pictures of the product within 20 days after purchase. After 20 days, we wont be able to help you. Please check products carefully once it arrived. 
8. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
 If an item is out of stock we will notify you and send you a refund for the out-of-stock item and ship the rest of your order out.  We always triple check your order before shipping them out, but if you receive your package and notice any missing items, please email us as soon as possible.
