Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been worn or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for returns.4. Returning costs will be covered by us, if the product is damaged, warehouse has sent the wrong item or shipping is delayed more than 8 days. Otherwise returning costs will be covered by customer.5. We check our products very carefully before we ship them out, but if you receive a defective item, please email us with pictures of the product within 20 days after purchase. After 20 days, we wont be able to help you. Please check products carefully once it arrived. 8. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and send you a refund for the out-of-stock item and ship the rest of your order out. We always triple check your order before shipping them out, but if you receive your package and notice any missing items, please email us as soon as possible.

If my package doesn´t arrive?
If your package will get lost during transportation we will send the new package immediately or refund you!
