Can i track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and a tracking number which you can use to track your order.
It can take a day or so for the tracking status to sync and show upon our tracking system. So if it shows as pending don’t worry, your items are on their way and we advise you to check back in a day or so.
Custom and taxes

REST OF THE WORLD- Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are set by your country's local customs office. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control and you will be responsible for these payments. Refunds will not be given on packages that are refused or delayed due to unpaid taxes or duties.
What´s the processing time?
Answer: We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 working days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 6-21 days.
Please note that due to COVID-19 we are facing delays beyond the normal shipping time of 6 days-4 weeks, this highly depends on the flights availability and your country’s customs strictness. Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated at current times of Crisis. We are working hard to get your items safely to you.
How long does shipping take?
Answer: Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed especially during COVID-19. The average standard shipping time is around 6-20 days to the majority of the countries.

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping fee is 3,99€ and express fee is 7,99€.

I have received only one item from my order, where is the rest?
When ordering more than one item these may be fulfilled from different warehouses and sent out in separate packages to accelerate shipping times. Each shipment is given a unique tracking numbers and you will be notified via our automated tracking system. If you receive part of your order first don't worry as the rest will be on it's way!
