After 20 days, we wont be able to help you. Please check products carefully once it arrived. 8. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and send you a refund for the out-of-stock item and ship the rest of your order out. We always triple check your order before shipping them out, but if you receive your package and notice any missing items, please email us as soon as possible.

If your package will get lost during transportation we will send the new package immediately or refund you!
