When i will receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, e-packet, DPD or Omniva, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Certain products make take up to 4 days to process before dispatching.
How can i track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking number to your e-mail. You can track your package in our website. Most orders delivered in the European countries will be delivered within 6 to 9 business days from item dispatch. However, depending on your location some items could take 4 to 15 days to deliver. During peak season, it may require a few extra days for shipping and processing.

Yep! Returns happen. It is okay! We want you to love your purchase!! If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please glance over the instructions for returns (no exchanges)1. We always triple check your order before shipping them out, but if you receive your package and notice any missing items, please email us as soon as possible.

If your package will get lost during transportation we will send the new package immediately or refund you!
